Online Greeting Request Form

Submissions are accepted up to six months in advance. Your greeting will be mailed approximately four weeks prior to the special occasion or preferred delivery date, whichever is earlier. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery. If the birthday or anniversary has already taken place, the message may be backdated up to six months.

If you have already submitted a request but would like to update, please enter the confirmation code that you have received (for any type of greeting request) and contact phone number you have entered when the initial request was submitted, then press "Update" to proceed.
